CCYP in Falmouth Series: Restaurant Scene Round-Up

Meet Falmouth's Hottest Restaurants!
Our recent initiative, CCYP in Falmouth, aims to encourage young residents of Falmouth to strengthen their ties to the Falmouth community, whether through volunteerism, civic engagement, or connection to the community, both personal and professional, at large. As part of our CCYP in Falmouth project, we're excited to have the opportunity to spotlight Falmouth-based resources that aim to support young professionals personal and professional lives within the Town of Falmouth.
This week, we're thrilled to spotlight four of the most exciting and delicious spots in Falmouth to check out this summer! Cape Cod summers are notoriously busy - we all have calendars packed full of events, family gatherings, and cookouts with friends. Take the opportunity this summer to slow down and check out a local spot for lunch or dinner. Falmouth is a hot spot for local culinary magic - don't miss out!
Estia on Main Street
Believe or not - Estia's second location on Main Street in Falmouth originally was a bank. But, with their extensive renovations and clear eye for design, you would never know! Home to a selection of delicious Greek food and Mediterranean-inspired atmosphere, Estia is a no-brainer for anyone looking to take a trip to Mykonos without the cost of airfare. Their menu includes traditional Greek staples, such as gyros, kabobs, and specialties like spanakopita and dolmades, as well as coal fired pizza. CCYP staff is especially partial to the Figetaboutit, a flavor-packed play on a fig & prosciutto pizza!

Quicks Hole Taqueria in Woods Hole
In the heart of Woods Hole, Quicks Hole Taqueria boasts a menu of Cape-inspired taco, burrito, and baja bowl options with one of the best people-watching spots in town by the Martha's Vineyard ferry terminal. While Quicks Hole's year-round tavern offers a selection of original twists on seafood classics, the Taqueria is host to a more laid-back environment with outdoor seating and Mexican-inspired fare reminiscent of a Baja California surfer hangout meets New England clam shack.
The Taqueria is popular hang - we recommend visiting on a weekday for lunch and chatting up the other locals!

Anejo Mexican Bistro & Tequila Bar on Main Street
Anejo Mexican Bistro & Tequila Bar is no secret hideaway, but a popular destination for locals and tourists alike for good reasons. Nothing compares to their delicious tacos, margaritas, and, of course, their table-side guacamole! Located on Main Street across for Eight Cousins, Anejo offers patio seating and an intimate outdoor lounge area, making it the perfect spot to head to for a night out on the town. Anejo is a hopping locale - be prepared to leave with lots of new connections after chatting with other Falmouth residents over cocktails by the bar!

Bucatino Restaurant and Wine Bar near 28A
With so many top tier Italian restaurants in Falmouth, choosing a favorite is challenge. But, Bucatino Restaurant & Wine Bar, located in North Falmouth, is gem. Bucatino offers delicious Italian dishes, plenty of seating, and a gorgeous bar featuring an impressive Edison-blub hanging light fixture. Many locals to Falmouth may be familiar with Bucatino's location as it was host to many past restaurants, but with the introduction of Bucatino, the space has seen a renaissance of sorts. If you haven't already, be sure to take a peek and enjoy one of Falmouth's newest locales.
