Laser-Focused Coaching: Meet the Coach! (Part 4)

Meet Sue Johnson, one of the amazing volunteer coaches working with CCYP through our new Laser-Focused Coaching Program!

Sue Johnson is a consultant and coach who primarily works with individuals and organizations in transition.

Sue has held various leadership roles for both profit and non-profit organizations. Before beginning her coaching career, Sue worked as Chief Operating Officer for a non-profit organization serving developmentally disabled adults; was National Sales Manager for TECA instruments (a division of Vickers Medical); a Marketing Manager for Beckman Instruments; and Neurophysiology Sales and the Director of the Neurophysiology Department at the University of Colorado.

A founding member of the Bridgespan Non-Profit COO Network, Sue has also served as a Professional Associate at Gestalt International Study Center, Chairperson of the GALE Fund of the Cape Cod Foundation, Unsung Heroine from the Mass Commission on the Status of Women and, most recently, as Board Treasurer for Pilgrims Landing – Cape Cod’s Spiritual Life Center in Chatham. She is also currently an Associate for Boston Executive Coaching. Sue is a graduate of several Gestalt Institute Study Center (GISC) programs including Leadership in the 21st Century, Coaching Leadership Transition and the first Competency Development Program for Coach Certification. She majored in Physical Therapy at Boston University and also received her business degree at Pepperdine University.
