Meet Edith ("Deede") Tonelli - one of our rock star coaches in CCYP's new Laser-Focused Coaching Program! Deede's training and experience bring together a unique combination of strategic and creative skills that allow her to view each client's individual situation from a comprehensive, holistic perspective – exploring work, personal, and relationship factors that interact and affect each other.

Dr. Tonelli is a Certified Professional Coach, a member of the International Coaching Federation, and a Licensed Psychotherapist, as well as being an experienced management executive. Over her 20 years of private practice, she has developed strategies and exercises from a variety of disciplines, including positive psychology, mindfulness practice, cognitive behavioral therapy, strategic planning, and gestalt psychology, to guide clients in navigating your transitions and reaching your goals.
