Each spring, CCYP convenes hundreds of business and nonprofit leaders, elected officials, local employers, and the Cape’s young workforce from all sectors at the Shape the Cape Summit for solutions-oriented sessions on the issues that matter most to our region. Summit sessions are designed to foster creative idea exchange, surface potential solutions, and identify opportunities for collaboration across sectors.

Join us for a day filled with innovative people, projects, and partnerships focused on building a vibrant and resilient Cape community and ensuring that our current and next generation of year-rounders can live, work, and thrive in our region.
