Nicholas grew up in Western Massachusetts and graduated from Pace University in New York City. Upon graduating, he fell into a hospitality career starting at The Plaza Hotel, NYC. After working in various areas within the hotel industry, he found himself ultimately drawn to human resources. He joined the HR Department at the Loews Regency Hotel during their grand reopening in 2013. After years of exceeding guest and team member satisfaction in NYC, he found himself looking for even more than a successful career.

This is what brought him to Cape Cod. Since 2008, Nicholas has been visiting the Cape on a consistent basis. The decision to move here was an easy one when in 2015; he was extended an offer to work with Cape Cod Healthcare. In his current role as HR Manager, he works with various departments within the organization on both a strategic level along with assisting with the day to day employee engagement. His main focus is making the employee experience at CCHC a positive one, which leads to excellence in patient care. Nicholas served on Cape Cod Young Professionals Board of Directors from 2017-2019. Along with this role, he was the board liaison for the Events Committee. This was exciting for him and he thrives on connecting and helping others.

Living on Cape Cod has been a dream come true and he is aware of the struggles of how to find talent and keep good employees happy. His primary rule is to hear everyone first and then to work in the organization’s goals into the employees. During these sessions, you will hear more tips that he provides management on a daily basis.
