I am Jenifer L Dibble a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Yoga instructor with a private practice in South Dennis. I weave Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, YOGA (including meditation) and a basic understanding of Neuroscience into a practice that supports each unique individual.

I began my career as an educator, graduating Lesley University with a double major in English and Education and taught Kindergarten - High School English as well as directing a private school in Vermont. I then became active in supporting local youth, directing a teen center for gathering and expressing their talents as well as engaging in volunteer opportunities across Cape Cod. I was a founding member of Homeless Not Hopeless, Inc. a non profit organization housing homeless in the Hyannis area, and have worked in multiple residential programs. I am a founding member of The S.P.A.C.E. a community wellness center who's mission is "to assist the community in building Sustainable Practices of Awareness, Care and Expression through education, creativity, therapeutic activities and wellness." I currently host a teen group and multiple yoga classes at The S.P.A.C.E. including YogaMind, which is a group for adults that melds mental health and the movement and meditation practices of yoga. In addition, I host a training called "Welcome to Humanity" for community members, mental health professionals and other practitioners interested in decreasing stress levels and incorporating self care into their lives.
