Chris Flanagan

Chris Flanagan is the Executive Officer of the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Cape Cod, a 330+ member company association whose focus is to promote home-ownership on Cape Cod and its trade members through legislative, educational, business and civic endeavors. Chris also serves as the Chair of the Dennis Board of Selectmen. Before that, Chris worked in property management and for the federal government for a decade at the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Senate.

Wendy Northcross

Wendy Northcross is the Chief Executive Officer of the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce/CVB, a 1230 member organization that is also designated by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as the regional tourism council and the regional economic development organization for Cape Cod.

Northcross is co-founder and director of the John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum. She holds seats on the boards of the U.S. Travel Association’s Destinations Council, The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod, the Cape Cod Climate Collaborative, the Workforce Development Board, and Barnstable’s Affordable Housing & Growth Trust. She has served in leadership roles in numerous professional and community organizations at the regional, state and national level.

In 2004 she was awarded the Certified Chamber Executive (CCE) designation from the Association of Chamber Executives and completed a Ford Foundation Fellowship for Regional Sustainable Development in 2010. In 2012 she threw the pitch at the Red Sox on Cape Cod Day and in 2014 she was listed as one of the Cape’s most powerful women by Cape Cod Magazine. In February 2020, Northcross was listed as one of Cape Cod’s visionaries by Cape Cod Life magazine.

Northcross lives in West Barnstable with her husband, Van.

Jacob is the Community Education and Outreach Coordinator for Children’s Cove, the Cape & Islands Advocacy Center. In his role, Jacob works to raise awareness of Children's Coves services, issues surrounding crimes against children, provides prevention education for parents and caregivers, and conducts high quality training and education for law enforcement, mental health, medical, social work and education professionals. Jacob also coordinates the Teen TASK Force program in several local high schools.

Jacob grew up on Cape Cod, is a member of and volunteer for Cape Cod Young Professionals, a graduate of the Community Leadership Institute, serves as Board Chair for Leadership Cape Cod, is a partner to a wonderful woman and father of incredible twins.
