To kick us off, describe your business and what you're bringing to the Cape community.

Inspired Outcome is a productivity and time management business that helps busy female professionals and entrepreneurs organize their schedules and belongings so that they can reclaim their personal freedom and have more time for what is important, enjoyable and inspiring.

When we speak with Cape-based entrepreneurs and small business owners, many of them are passionate about keeping their businesses on Cape. What do you find special (or challenging!) about being an entrepreneur on Cape Cod?

The people who live and want to thrive on the Cape is what make being an entrepreneur on the Cape so very special. The people whom I have met have this grit, which comes from the fact that the economy on the Cape is seasonal. They grind and work hard during the summer and must be resilient and resourceful during the off season. However, the grind is balanced by their love of the Cape and their celebration of all the natural resources that are available here. Since my business is virtual, I am not impacted by the season.

What is the most valuable thing you are taking away from the EforAll Cape Cod Business Accelerator?

There are so many wonderful nuggets that I am taking away from the EforAll Cape Cod Experience. But the one that stands out the most is my increased confidence level. Because of the program I now have the resources and support to restructure my business so that it can be viable for years to come. Prior to EforAll I ran my business like a hobby.

At CCYP, one of our strategic priorities is to promote Cape Cod as a vibrant place for young people to live and work, year-round. What would you tell other entrepreneurs thinking about starting their businesses on Cape?

I would tell entrepreneurs thinking about starting a business on the Cape that there is a strong network of passionate and resourceful people who are available and willing to see you succeed. If you come with the idea, passion and grit, there are others that will lend their support, expertise and encouragement.

And lastly, what are you working on now that the CCYP community should be on the lookout for?

I am actively recruiting members for my Fall mastermind groups. My mastermind groups are made up of 4-5 like-minded women looking to achieve a specific goal. Each member commits to lending their support and resources to each other as they work to achieve their own individual goals. As the group facilitator I provide structure, track progress and help each member uncover solutions to their individual time management and organizing challenges that can stand in the way of achieving their goals.

I am also running a pilot program for WE CAN for those whom have graduated from the GROW program but are looking to continue receiving support and accountability from the comfort of their home.
