Mr. Simon’s presentation – titled “Why Don’t People Change When I Tell Them To? Applying the Paradoxical Theory of Change to Career Development” – will highlight common barriers to professional growth and offer solutions as to how attendees can overcome them.

Following the featured presentation, participants will split into rotating “speed mentoring” breakout sessions, led by a group of community business leaders.
