PRESS RELEASE: Cape Symphony’s Jung-Ho Pak to Keynote CCYP’s Shape Your Cape Summit on April 7th

Cape Cod Young Professionals, Inc. (CCYP) is honored to welcome Cape Symphony conductor Jung-Ho Pak as the Keynote Speaker at the 2022 Shape Your Cape Summit (“Summit”). CCYP’s annual Summit is one of Cape Cod’s most anticipated events of the year, known for convening hundreds of business and nonprofit leaders, elected officials, local employers, and the Cape’s young workforce for “deep dive” discussions on the issues that matter most to our region’s future. The Summit will be held at the Sea Crest Beach Hotel in North Falmouth on April 7th, with generous support from 2022 Summit Presenting Sponsor The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod. This year’s Shape Your Cape Summit theme is Cape Leadership, Collaboration, and Innovation.

“Jung-Ho Pak is an exemplary example of a leader who embraces collaboration and innovation to make a significant and lasting impact on our region – and beyond.”

Kristen Vose Clothier, CCYP CEO

During his Summit Keynote, Pak will share his techniques that have helped the Cape Symphony to be one the most successful orchestras through radical inclusion, leadership through purpose, and the power of joy.

During his 15-year tenure, the Cape Symphony has built one of the largest market shares per capita and has received some of the highest audience satisfaction ratings in the industry. From Pak, you’ll learn how to let go of traditional thinking by embracing the rapidly changing tastes and habits of your customers while trying to transform your business model, even if it’s hundreds of years old

“I’m very much looking forward to sharing a unique perspective of the business world through the eyes of a symphony conductor. Small and large businesses, for-profits and non-profits, are urgently seeking new ideas and business models in a radically changing marketplace, and I believe the tremendous growth that the Cape Symphony has experienced over the last 15 years can offer insight on how to take an ‘old’ industry and re-think its mission and strategies.”

In addition to the Luncheon Keynote, which is generously sponsored by Eastern Bank, the Summit includes interactive panel discussions and breakout sessions led by exemplary Cape leaders, leadership skill-building workshops, solutions-focused discussions, and facilitated networking opportunities. Summit sessions are designed to foster creative idea exchange, surface potential solutions, and identify opportunities for collaboration across sectors.

We look forward to seeing you at the Summit! It’s time to #shapeyourcape.
