CCYP's recent initiative, dubbed "CCYP in Falmouth", seeks to stem the out-migration of young workers from Falmouth by providing increased opportunities for connection, community engagement, and career advancement. As part of this project, we're excited to have the opportunity to spotlight Falmouth-based resources that aim to support young professionals' personal and professional lives within the Town of Falmouth.
This month, we're digging into the benefits CCYP is able to provide to Falmouth-based residents through this special initiative. While Falmouth can at times feel isolated from the rest of the Cape, CCYP is working to connect young professionals living and working in Falmouth with like-minded individuals, career advancement opportunities, and enhance their connection and engagement with our community. Our Shape Your Cape Summit is the ONLY professional conference on Cape Cod created for - and by - young workers in all industries. This interactive, day-long event features forward-thinking conversations, connection opportunities, and skills-building workshops custom-made for anyone who wants to advance their career and life on the Cape. Our goal with this annual conference is to offer young professionals from around the Cape to their seat at the table as we discuss some of the Cape's hottest issues, and share tools and knowledge to help make everyone stronger, personally and professionally.
